Hi, i'm Marlee and i am a young man living in the UK helping people get to their fitness and mentality goals.
When i was younger i was quite active at school and i excelled in most sports i threw myself into. My main sport was rugby. As i got better at playing rugby i got given an opportunity to play for a well known club and i trained with them for a while until i got dropped for being 'too small'. This infuriated me so i decided that i was going to put some healthy weight on. That is exactly what i did. When i started the gym my plan was to get into better shape and then go back to rugby, but after being in the gym for a while i fell in love with it.
